Is the prescription required?
No. You don't need any prescription or any kind of doctors visits, however if you are taking medication, or have any health concerns you must check with your doctor first.

Where do you ship to?
We ship world wide from New Zealand. In view of the fact our products are herbal supplements, containing no prescription chemicals, we are able to ship them anywhere.

When my order will be delivered?
We will send your order within 24 h and ship via airmail ($14.95) from New Zealand. Delivery times are typically 5 - 12 days anywhere in the world or Shipping by courier just a few days ($39.95).

Will my order be in discreet package?
Yes it will! All orders are sent in an unmarked plain packaging with no indication whatsoever of it‘s contents. All products are labeled as health supplements.

How can I pay?
You may pay via credit card using our online order form, or alternatively you can contact us if you wish to use bank transfer. All prices on this site are in USD (united states dollar). Your card could be billed in New Zealand dollars at the current exchange rate.

What name will show up on my credit card statement?
We have various banks where we process credit cards. You will receive an email with this information once your card has been billed. (The billing discryptor will be discreet and won't mention the name of the pills, or anything untoward.)

What is the money back policy?
If in the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with the results of any of our products you may return them within 60 days of purchase, and we will cheerfully issue a full refund (less any shipping and handling fees) on any number of unopened bottles and up to one opened bottle, even if its completely empty!
